"Like a good neighbor, Preston is there. Yes, specifically Preston. From the short call we had today, I could tell he has worked here for enough time to know the ins and outs of getting the best rates on your policy. Ask for him when you call. Just trust me. "I understand that absorbing the Liberty office has been a challenge and sharing time between both has caused issues for Cyndi. Our review appointment could not be handled by Cyndi and not even by the primary assistant. However, Bo handled our concerns and questions well. I have had State Farm non-stop for almost 50 years and I have NEVER had such a thorough review. How many reviews have you ever had where the agent recommended a reduction in insurance? For me, NEVER, even though I have tried a couple times many years ago. Yet that is what occurred. Furthermore, I had a major claim on my RV roof. State Farm handled this claim so well. Forget what ads may say. -- you are in good hands with State Farm and Cyndi's office has done remarkedly well on our first review."

"This will be one of the worst agents/insurance offices I’ve ever dealt with. Thier very dishonest, unethical and unprofessional. I wouldn’t sign on with this office. It says Cindi is the agent but she doesn’t answer calls, return calls nor emails. Once our claim is complete! My family and our policies will be closed. Too many unfair practices… just a bunch of lazy ppl in one office… giving the public a hard time behind closed doors. Chris, messed up one of our polices and gave refused to have MY agent call me. Has disconnected the call and still no call from agent. Sent emails, left messages. They even caller ID screen and ignore calls. I’ve had to call other offices to get assistance!"
